Applicable law: Unless otherwise agreed, English law, with the English Courts having exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute or difference concerning the service and any matter arising from it. 

Complaints: We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied. 

To ensure we are able to put things rights as soon as we can, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction. 

As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards.

In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible. Either write or email us on the details at the top of this document. 

We aim to respond within 1-3 days of receiving your complaint and where possible, will provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised.                   

Regulating body: Oftec, Gas safe register, Environment agency, HSE.

Work Guarantees: All work is guaranteed by the contractor in attendance,in compliance with the consumer rights act 2015 and the sale of goods act 1979.


1.Payment will be taken upfront by way of the following methods.

1.1 Full payment taken via credit or debit card at point of booking.

1.2 A deposit by credit or debit cardwill be taken at point of booking and balance collected when contractor arrives on site.

1.2.1 The deposit will be a percentage of the total booking fee quoted. The percentage rate will be determined by the sales agent taking the booking.

1.2.2 We “HOME HEAT UK LTD” hold the right to cease works if the remaining balance is not settled on arrival.

2. When we “HOME HEAT UK LTD” are providing an emergency, response call out the client will be liable for the full balance of the quoted amount once a booking is secured as priorbookings may have been changed to accommodate this service.

3. We “HOME HEAT UK LTD” will act a facilitator by arranging and managing a booking with one of approved independent subcontractors.

4.The receipt provided by “HOME HEAT UK LTD” will contain two charges.

4.1 Charge 1 contained in the receipt is our contactors Invoice. 

4.1.1. Some contactors my not be VAT registered this may result in parts of the receipt amount charged at Different tax rates.

4.2 Charge 2 contained in the receipt is the charge for the booking and management services provided by “HOME HEAT UK LTD”.
